Why is he being given billions upon billions of dollars if the people giving him that money hate him so much?

Elon will most likely do something nobody expects or do the most basic of things, which would be absolutely nothing. At most, he will delete all bots.

There are many double and triple agents in the war that's currently raging on Earth. I know he doesn't seem like it for many reasons but started thinking awhile back that Musk was actually a white hat, so my guess is free Twitter.

There was a rather large purge yesterday. I lost 60 or so followers but my account is small. Others were losing huge amounts. But purge seems to be the general concensus?

my only assumption is that he wants to monetize it through ad revenue. basically if you wanna promote your twitch, website, or business, you have to pay an ad fee basically.

but i do also assume it will be more free speech and less censoring, like you cant remove someones post or feed or page over bullshit, it has to be eggregious like sexual or grotesque, showing live murders etc.

Of course it's a trap. Sure, some of the bots may appear to go away (at least for a while) and the algo may "seem" more "fair." But "free speech" will be far far from whatever happens there.

you know whats funny about that, i literally had an ad on youtube yesterday on my ps4 that said, "60%" of the people on social media are bots. and that actually seems pretttty accurate, i considered somewhere between 60-80% but that was kind of shocking to see it on an ad on youtube lol.
