But this is really hollow. What needs to be done is for Biden to remove it from the Class 1 schedule, which is what makes it illegal in the first place at the Federal Level. Class 1 is the same level applying to Heroin and other "hard" drugs.

Personally, marijuana should be treated same as alcohol, which in reality is the real gateway drug... not weed.
