All the staff who stood by and watched her do it need to be fired as well. Besides a police background check before hiring psychological evaluations should be given to all prospective staff. When hiring, nutters need to be weeded out as well not just pedos.

It reminds me of one of my kindergarten teachers who did nothing but yell at the kids. There were two teachers co-teaching in a large, combined kindergarten class since it was the hippy 70's and they did weird stuff like that. Mind you she didn't wear a Halloween mask and I was older than those kids by 2 or 3 years, but the constant yelling made me very nervous and didn't lead to a very conducive learning environment for me and other students.

These are some sick, twisted excuses for humans who should NEVER be allowed near children .

I wonder why she is working in a daycare when it is so obvious, she hates children. The children are not going to want to go to daycare after this or even later on school because some of their first memories will be that nasty witch terrorizing them.

If i were the father of one of those children, id have a parent teacher conference all nonchalant, sking questions about my child's grades then suddenkly without warning give her the hardest biggest burnt turkey upside her ignorant face! And laugh and ask her if it scared her!? Or does she need another?
