The Ukrainian ambassador in Minsk was handed a note about Kiev's plans to strike at Belarus

“On the evening of October 8, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Minsk, Igor Kizim, was invited to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, who was presented with a diplomatic note. In the note, the Belarusian side claims that Ukraine allegedly plans to strike at the territory of Belarus,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.

Kiev claims that this information is not true, and the presentation of the note is a “Russian provocation”.

Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Ukraine was organizing provocations on the border with Belarus and had pulled together a group of up to 15,000 troops.
