So your Credit Union or small bank can be as prudent as possible but still lose everything if the bank their master account is at goes bust.

If a full system collapse happens, the time any insurance or government pays you out the currency will have become worthless or worth nothing.

For years he has insulted and threatened people online when he is angry with someone including his ex wife. He verbally loses his temper and lashes out, and he seems to get over it, and then a new beef against someone else occurs and he says unpleasant things to them. So far there has been no blowback it just dies down and goes away.

This time he messed with the wrong group. In fact the media is treating it as an outrage and they are accusing him of white supremacist behavior.

I don't think this will end well for him either.

The bunch he is angry with never want to discuss or have dialogue. It's like once you insult them, you are the enemy and are only worthy of their hatred. No discussion, no explaining, no trying to understand why someone might say that they seem to have too much control and influence.

This unwillingness to discuss and attempt to understand grievances against them harms them, I believe.

It gives the impression of extreme arrogance and an inability to see the humanity of other human beings.
