Yes, in an OUTER DC suburb of Dundalk MD, the local paper was carrying edititorials of citizens complaining of pets going missing, and a month or so later, health officials found a partially skinned German Shepard in the freezer.
I did eat there, and yes, the meat had that "other" taste, decided to avoid after that meal.

Obviously they ate nazi nukes.
