Of course the article pretends like only black people are suffering on Skid Row.
Meanwhile, the head of BLM just spent a few hundred thousand renovating her multi-million $$$ home in Topanga 30 miles away... and has never offered so much as a soup kitchen bologna sandwich to anyone on Skid Row, let alone a black person.
