So we have a crooked judge and lawyer minimum, the basic problem with American on many levels. And then you seem more upset it's going to cost you 3k to win (AKA corruption). Don't even think the moral question even entered your mind, that's is, how do I set them all up to prove they are corrupt? Easy btw, get your attorney to repeat the question while recording him talking, then tell him you will do it if you have the judges word himself guaranteeing your victory. Or talk to reputable police officer first and repeat steps I listed.

If everyone just did the right thing the world would be amazing and stress free. If everyone just stood up and came forward all these corrupt people would think twice. Kinda like the way laws are supposed to make you feel before doing something illegal.
