1) Europe will have a hard time adapting the energy supply BUT there is no coming back to Russian gas . New infrastructure will be built, new strategies and approaches. So permanent loss of revenue.
2) Europe will be more serious on spending for military , so Russia also created a military adversary
3) most of the western companies left Russia and will not go back anytime soon.
4) Russia already had a serious demographic problem . Average male life expectancy was extremely low , comparable to third world countries. Yet young males are leaving the country, quoting society and going in the hiding or being sent to fight. The demographic collapse will bite decades to come , Putin of no Putin.

Ukraine has already lost the war. it is over without dragging NATO in by detonating a dirty bomb or nuke, and every thinking person already knows this. Russia has all the fuel and food it needs, it has used less than 10% of it's forces. Ukraine and the majority of europe is absolutely fucked.
