Shame that we have to become like them in order to win. I used to believe this: It is impossible to defeat any enemy by lowering yourself to their standards. The minute you become what you are fighting is the minute the fight is lost. Regardless of who is left standing at the end. It's when the chips are down that you find out who you really are. But given the psychopathy we're up against, I don't really see a way to victory other than, as you said, learning and then speaking their death right back at them. |
