[link to postimg.cc (secure)] Something about this smells, you should file an Unfair Claim Practice acts with the NAIC or seek legal advice in reviewing your contract, Get a declaration of rights through a court this doesn't involve expensive legal action but defines the rights of the insured versus the insurer. I work in claims adjusting field...and i would just say review your prior contract carefully, the terms of coverage...one thing is to not want to renew your coverage...but to change it while your convered is very suspect. |

Make out much better as a cash patient. for basic things, you can use Sesame Care or Lemonaid Health online. You can order just about any lab test you want on walk-in lab, Healthlabs, etc. I was in tears multiple times thanks to Anthem. The deductible was insane & they deny just about every claim hoping you just pay without fighting back. Good riddance. More people need to do the same if it's feasible. It's the only way to fight back. |
