Are we sure what his race is? Some have run articles showing a black guy with short hair. Why the mixups? Why the 2013 picture of the white guy and not the pic of the old-looking white dude with straggly hair who looked homeless? If it's the same white guy, why not use the current picture instead of one with him looking young and strong? Because they want to make out the young white guy to be violent?
