I believe the current push for women to 'be in charge' of every damn thing stems from their inherent willingness to cooperate and not want to rock the boat (they are easier to manipulate and are more predictable and easier to control with psychology and reinforcement methods).

I did a bit of research with the coming election and I was shocked to see that 9/10 small towns in this area have women mayors and not only that, they are ALL 'not affiliated' with a political party.
