United States 11/03/2022 11:39 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sandy Hook: Uvalde Parents Should Sue the State of Connecticut Danbury State's Attorney Stephen Sedensky oversaw multiple felonies committed during the creation of the Sandy Hook school shootings report.
These felonies include, but are not limited to:
1. Destruction of evidence 2. Withholding of evidence 3. Falsification of evidence 4. Witness tampering 5. Perjury
As one example of destruction of evidence, audio was removed from the 911 calls. This audio contained, for example, late gunshots (gunshots occurring after the official "final" gunshot, which was in fact not the final gunshot.)
Corroborating this charge is the fact that the SAME timepoint was removed from multiple 911 calls. Lawyers weren't counting on the fact that, even though the gunshots were removed, teachers' and students' reactions to the gunshots can still be heard on parallel calls.
And on and on and on.
To this day no one realizes that the Newtown Police Department committed grave errors on 12/14/2012, errors which, had they been made public, could have prevented some of the tragic loss of life at Uvalde. |

United States 11/14/2022 05:14 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Re: Sandy Hook: Uvalde Parents Should Sue the State of Connecticut Uvalde parents can easily show that failure to transport Newtown patients resulted in unnecessary death, and that that same failure was a factor at Uvalde.
The unadmitted mistakes at Sandy Hook are:
1. Failure to transport patients 2. Failure to admit to a police-involved shooting of one child 3. Failure to admit to friendly fire between Newtown and state (though this may not be as large a factor in failure to transport; however, it did waste police time when state self-dispatched in plainclothes, leading Newtown to think there was a second shooter) |

Uvalde mayor: "Mistakes were made that day. There’s no question about that. Horrible mistakes. But, we’ve got to come forward and correct it so this same mistake doesn’t happen at some other school or some other community that maybe they can learn from what was done here.” Imagine if Newtown had been honest. |
