How can I get one dog to stop bullying another? | |

He’s completely re-training me to understand how they tick. But he’s a no bullshit kind of guy and if he feels a dog is a danger he will advise to that as well. When we first met he assessed the dog before he took a dime so maybe you can find someone that will work with him or give you the honest truth if he’s a danger. Anonymous Coward User ID: 82152751 11/05/2022 10:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have four dogs. The mom, the dad, and two of their sons. The dad bullies one of the sons by charging at him, growling and putting his teeth on his face - usually to the point of causing him to bleed, and now he has scars all over his face. How the fuck can I get it to stop? Countless times I've yelled "no" and grabbed the dad by the scruff and pinned him down. He also tries to steal his son's food if I'm not standing there watching. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84652482 Get a good training wireless collar for the aggressor. Shock him when he charges the other dog. He will not know who or why he is being shocked, but this behavior will soon be corrected. |

The Dad is the alpha and is maintaining his role in the pack. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82917880 ![]() The dogs will sort it all out they have a pack thing going on give it time. Had 6 dogs on the farm growing up and my grandfather always told me not to assume human emotions or any other human traits on animals. |

That shit doesnt go on around me...You stop it in its tracks the first time and pinning doesnt work... A dam good crack on the ass does... That poor puppy has no life...get it a home... |

I have chickens and dogs and human friends too, lol. It will work out. Dogs, humans and chickens are pack animals and have to establish a workable order. Stay out of it. |
