I got slapped in the head while snoozing against a lamppost waiting for a bus late one night, four guys thought they wanted some fun. I stood up from my slump and they thought twice about it.

I don't ever think I've seen a fight at a bar or on the street somewhere that didn't have alcohol, or a woman involved in the mix. Case in point, a tavern I used to frequent after work to play pool and have a couple of beers was laid back and all the men getting along playing pool up until the ladies started coming in the door after 7pm or so, and within 30 minutes a fight or an argument starts. Alcohol and the ladies triggers the Alfa I suspect.

I remember telling the cab driver when we were released for a week's liberty "take us where the action is"- The first thing I saw upon exiting the vehicle at Kings Cross, Sydney amidst a sea of drunk people, music and street-shows, was a woman screaming bloody murder, chasing a man down the middle of the street with the biggest screwdriver ever made extended over her head. Me and my libo-buddies all nodded our heads in agreement- "this will work" and laughed.
