Starring Oliver Reed, and Vanessa Redgrave, directed by Ken Russell. This movie was squashed by the church two weeks after opening. Awesome movie, very hard to find. Quoting: Fire & Ice I did see this in the theater when it opened. It is awesome and it will probably be edited if you can find it. No good deed goes unpunished. |

At the very end of the movie, the dude is doing the other dude with the chick in the bed with them and there's a nuclear explosion outside the window? I never saw the entire film, just that last bit. I was up late at the ambulance bay all by myself. My partner had gone home sick so the VFD was driving for me. So, I was all alone at this rural EMS station. I was crashing on the couch. Woke up to scanner traffic and saw this flick playing it was a WTF moment. What was that movie? It was some indie film. It wasn't an adult movie or skinamax. |

I walked into the theater clueless, and thought based on the title, that it had something to do with Wold Cup soccer ROFL. Totally, prophetically timed for 2020-2022 real world. Pay special attention to the two rich socialite ladies who follow different medical doctor advice in their vain attempts to remain forever young and beautiful. One of the two elite ladies "chooses poorly" and "trusts the science" of GMO injection therapy...with literally 'jaw dropping' consequences. I really like "The Darjeeling Limited," only because I traveled all over India by train. I also like "Moonrise Kingdom," because of my time in New England. The Darjeeling Limited. Yes!
