It's relatively easy in theory. You need to destroy their trees of life - which are literal trees. The queen's jubilee alluded to it symbolically. They have mutated a special tree using alchemy and blood sacrifice, and it is the key to their ability to cheat death. First, you have to find the trees. They are not well-guarded because it's a needle in a haystack and otherwise indistinguishable from a regular tree. However, the physical tree is simply a conduit to a metaphysical construct in higher dimensional space. So long as that construct exists, they can always create another arboreal conduit, but it will take them some time, and possibly set them back a bit.

According to high-ranked Satanists who have left the cabal, there are 2-3 physical conduit trees right now that they know of. It's possible that the "Tree of Life" exhibit in Disney World depicts what the actual tree looks like - a baobab tree. If this is true, that would make finding the real tree easier, as there are only a few places in the Western world where they can grow. I suspect there is at least one in California, due to the leyline convergence in that state, and heavy presence of cabal leaders in Los Angeles/San Francisco. Because the origin of the magick involved in this alchemy is Babylonian and druidic, it would be prudent to research trees that had special religious significance to those cultures.

For the "middle-management" elite whose names and face the public knows, yes. The methuselah immortals are the hierarchs with synthetic modified bodies. The true power elite rarely if ever show their face and live covert lives, sometimes entirely in underground in military bases.

In the underground, they are free to mingle with non-human allies and use their innumerable classified and reverse-engineered technologies without concern for secrecy. Some of the treaties between the human oligarchy and the ultraterrestrials stipulate that none of the advanced technologies developed as a result of their exchange program can be used to change the developmental path of human civilization at large. In other words, they've got tech almost a thousand years in advance of the modern era, but they are forbidden from using it in a way that would make the public aware of its existence. That's one of the reasons why the NWO hasn't already steamrolled the planet into submission and turned everyone into robots.
