I read about half of it a number of years ago. I was pretty thoroughly unimpressed. It just didn't seem like there was anything there. I kind of had the impression he was going to pull everything together into a coherent picture.

It just seemed empty to me. I often wonder if there aren't several versions going around. I read John Decamp's book about 10 years ago and it was just like BAPH. Said nothing I hadn't already heard. One day I was talking about it with somebody and it was like they read an entirely different book from the one I read. He was talking about stuff I never read in the book. Truns out, it was a different book. There is a shit version with half the chapters missing going around. All kinds of stuff has been edited out. It tells you less than even the documentary did. That's the version I originally had.

I wonder if Behold A Pale Horse is like that too.
