Guess again [link to www.nbcnews.com (secure)] U.S. military inspectors in Ukraine NOW Also, ALL of the equipment/Arms we have sent to Ukraine come with telephone book size manuals covering how to use and maintain. All of these high tech weapons of war required weeks of training to cover operation and maintenance and are so technical are useless without "training" by the US military. We have had "instructors" on the ground arriving with the first plane load of weapons I am very sure of. |
