Why are Kherson people celebrating Ukraine occupation of Kherson with tears and flowers?

Zelensky's Nazi's have sworn to kill everyone in the Russian-occupied areas who didn't kill Russians. These people are celebrating the return of Zelensky's Nazis so they won't be killed.
