This guy is full of crap.

I bought his book. Excellent. Sounds like an honest person. Gives an account of his actions, warts and all.
If it is true, we have a major problem with Nazis still here and using advanced time travel technology. They seem to be able to abduct someone, put them on another timeline, send them to the moon, mars, jupiter's moon or even to a planet in another solar syste. When the abductee has spent long enough in their military program, they wipe the memory and send them back to the time they left as if nothing happenned.
