Everyone who violated their oath of office on the rigged election is act of war, an enemy, removed from office and barred from returning. Basically wiping out 70-80% of Congress and removing Biden Harris because courts have ruled in the past that fraud nullifies everything.

Why would anyone waste their time?

Just look at who is on the court and their track record.

All the petitioner seems to be asking for is an investigation of the election, which then might result in removals it seems to me. I'm sure the court will just waive it away, like they did with all of the other challenges.

"No Standing".

This will fail.

The system is ruptured.

There is no fix.

In two weeks, things will only be worse.

The petitioner asked for an investigation into the 2020 elections. Not one of the defendants listed investigated, therefore they knowingly violated their oath of office, which is cause for immediate removal from elected office.

The petitioner is asking for all defendants be removed from office and Trump be put back in office.

Good case. An oath is an oath.

We do. Elected officials are elected by us, elected is no different than being hired by us. These elected officials all take an oath and if they do not uphold their oath then we can fire them. Exactly as this case is presented. Let's see what happens.

Plus they all have no sovereign immunity because he is suing the defendants directly for violating their oath vs suing the United States of America.

In my opinion, this case will go through because none of these defendants are going to be able to provide proof that they did their job and investigated the 2020 elections. SCOTUS requested the defendants response by 11/24.
