"No Standing".
This will fail.
The system is ruptured.
There is no fix.
In two weeks, things will only be worse.

These elected officials all take an oath and if they do not uphold their oath then we can fire them. Exactly as this case is presented. Let's see what happens. Plus they all have no sovereign immunity because he is suing the defendants directly for violating their oath vs suing the United States of America. In my opinion, this case will go through because none of these defendants are going to be able to provide proof that they did their job and investigated the 2020 elections. SCOTUS requested the defendants response by 11/24.
