^^^You know nothing and need to learn more about Biology. The Sun does not produce Vitamin D! The suns B/C light energy spectrum triggers release of vitamin D within your body from enzymes already there. The Sun causes the chemical reaction within your body. But the minerals, fat and enzymes need to be there already. A good source of quality supplemental vitamin D is still very important.

I told a friend of mine nearly three years ago how Vitamin D can reduce covid symptoms by 85% but he explained to me that can't be right because it's not on MSM and it's been debunked. Then he took five vaxes. He's now dying of a mystery heart condition and lung failure. His doctors are baffled.

I’ve taken 4000iu vitamin D daily for the last 4 years and I’m sick about 1/5 of the time compared to before it, I recover much quicker from cold and flu’s, can’t actually remember the last time I was sick, is it a magic bullet, I have no idea, can’t say it will work for anyone or everyone
