Never in my life had to bake a chicken breast more than 35 minutes and have only had food poisoning once (and it wasn't from chicken, but deviled eggs, 50 years ago). More deplorable all the time. |

Boneless/skinless chicken breasts are tasty when cooked at around 280-300 F, for however long it takes to get to 160 F. If you have skin on chicken, you may want to cook at 400 F. That way the skin gets crispy. Make sure the skin is absolutely dry before baking though. |
