We used the in the navy 40-45 years ago.

We ordered them out of Hustler magazine, $10 for 1000.

357 Magnums, we eventually found out if you crush & snort them there was way less stomach nausea.

Yes, I keep a bottle of them in the back pocket of the car.

If I am getting drowsy driving, I will take one to keep me alive until I get to a rest stop or someplace I can stop and stretch my legs, get some coffee or whatever.

Coffee is a complex mix of chemicals, some of which will tend to make you sleepy, offsetting the caffeine.

The caffeine is pure caffeine, so actually better than coffee.

I don't take them often, but they are a good thing on those rare times that you need to go another 20 miles to hit a rest stop.

I find it odd how YOUNG People need these Energy Pills and Drinks. Their Young Bodies are suppose to be working properly utilizing their diets to propel them effortlessly forward throughout the day. Old People seem to be in much better health than YOUNG People nowadays.

Me too. I started drinking coffee in college. Drank it occasionally before that but not everyday

I use one now and then when I can't have or don't want coffee.

I take a Caffeine/L-Theanine 50/100 pill first thing every morning. I just can't have coffee like I used to. 1 cup a day, later in the day only. Morning coffee just rips my gut a new one.

Two pints of lager and two caffeine pills used to be my jam.

My "kids" are now 24 and 19.

One has Red-Bull drag-ass syndrome. Both refuse to accommodate "morning" as a valid concept, instead coming to awareness around noon.

I used to be able to run around tirelessly most of my life and disregard food or sleep.

Hard to believe my kids are so soft.

But a man doesn't have a chance to be a father anymore, so my children will develop with the worst attributes they learned from their mother.

They are great if you like having stomach ulcers and heart palpatations.

I tried them once, years ago.
