Ukraine's irretrievable losses in the war = 150k to 300k (minimum 120k dead based on public records and that not counting the many tens of thousands that are classified as "missing.") There will be another Russian mobilization, btw. Probably several mobilizations as it will take somewhere in the order 1 million troops to both win and retain gains on the ground. The first mobilization was primarily made up of specialists in artillery, reactive rocket, and engineers. This is 5th generation warfare with drones and constant artillery fire are most important during tactical operations. Ground troops are 2nd echelon. The raw troop numbers matter less than people realize, something which the Ukrainians have yet to figure out (or maybe they just don't care) and why all Eastern Ukraine is littered with dead Ukrainians. NATO keeps throwing troops into the meat grinder because their are not political consequences to them or the they really are just clueless. Can't decide. This war is basically US/NATO handlers killing Ukrainians for no apparent long term objective.

Next mobilization for Russia will be infantry and ground specialists. These men will require much less retraining so the mobilization will be much faster. Of course, the West will attempt to paint this as proof Russia is losing the war when it's just a routine response to a country preparing to invade with an overwhelming and unstoppable advantage.
