The Germans news sources said the purpose was to Rub the Qataris nose in it, the Qataris analyzed it and determined the purpose was to rub their nose in it, I honestly dont see it but if they all do I trust them haha.

BTW I think other countries tried more blatant things such as rainbows on the planes that obviously wouldnt fly so this was a sneaky sneaky that still didnt slip through
