Actually there are certain gene types from Northern Europe that are genetically evolve to drink and survive on milk.

Mostly because they adapted to cold areas and that was their primary food source during the winter.

Havent drank any milk in 15-20 years and I don't eat cereal.
On the rare occasion I do consume milk it's usually because a recipe calls for it or in the form of cheese on the pizza or burger I eat every now and then.
