Balenciaga is NOT suing creative masterminds behind warped children's BDSM-themed photoshoot - but are taking legal action against campaign that featured SCOTUS ruling on child porn
Balenciaga will not sue the Italian photographer who took shots of children holding a teddy bear dressed in a BDSM outfit
They will, however, sue against creatives behind a different photo set that included a bizarre shot showing a Supreme Court decision regarding child porn
Neither of the photographers involved with either shoot will be forced to answer to a lawsuit, a Balenciaga spokesperson told DailyMail.com
The fashion shoots for the company's spring 2023 campaign outraged many
Balenciaga will take legal action against creatives behind a photo set that included a Supreme Court brief regarding child porn - but they won't be suing anyone behind the warped children's BDSM-themed photoshoot.
The two separate fashion shoots outraged many online - leading one of the photographers involved saying he's been the target of a 'lynching' and had no creative control over the project.
A spokesperson for Balenciaga clarified the fashion brand's position on both shoots in a statement to DailyMail.com, saying that Gabriele Galimberti's holiday 2022 teddy bear shoot is not going to be the subject of a lawsuit.
The fashion house apologized for the unnerving images, but won't be suing any of the creative masterminds behind it.
Instead, they are seeking legal action against those involved in the Spring 2023 campaign - which featured a Supreme Court decision regarding child porn.
Balenciaga told DailyMail.com: 'Balenciaga is not taking any legal action towards Gabriele Galimberti, the photographer of the Holiday campaign, that includes a child holding a teddy bear bag.
'Gabriele Galimberti was not involved in any way with the Spring 23 campaign involving unsettling documents in an office.'

Well, I mean, no one can tell the difference anymore between what's real and what's fake.
Anyway, the point is, I can tell you all of this, right out in the open, because it doesn't matter who knows about it. They won't know whether to believe it or not.-
