THIS IS THE UPDATED INFORMATION ON THAT CASEa FRIEND SENT ME THE BELOW INFO, IF I GET A LINK I WILL ADD IT WAS DOCKETED 10-24-22 AND NEEDED RESPONSE BY 11-23. ON 11-23 DEFENDANTS WERE REQIRED TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE WITH AN OPPOSITION TO THE PETITIION . RATHER THAN REQUEST AN EXTENSION AND DRAG OUT THE CASE THE DEFENDANTS ATTORNEY WAIVED THE RIGHT TO RESPOND.AS IT TURNS OUT THE US ATTORNEYS WERE RELIEVED OF THEIR DUTY AND REPLACED WITH A SOLICITOR GENERAL AS THEIR ATTORNEY.
SCOTUS JUSTICES REVIEWED THE INFO AND PETITION WITH THE SOLICITOR GENERAL'S RESPONSE AND WILL NEED TO CONFERENCE THE CASE WHICH CAN HAPPEN AS EARLY AS THIS WEEK
IF 4 OF THE 9 JUSTICE VOTE TO HEAR THE CASE , THE CASE WILL BE HEARD. SHOULD THE SCOTUS HEAR THE CASE AND BRUNSON WIN 388 GOVERNMENT REP CAN BE ARRESTED FOR TREASON, AS OUTLINED IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE CASE , FOR FAILURE TO UPHOLD THEIR OATH TO PROTECT THE AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION.bY FAILING TO INVESTIGATE IT WAS A BREACH OF THE OF NATIONAL SECURITY.
