The Chinese government sees their people as their greatest asset, and they do what they have to to protect that asset. My guess is they are spraying disinfectant.

Sometimes this comes across as highly oppressive when a government MUST control its population to stop the spread of a deadly artificial pathogen..

The Chinese government treats their people like they care about them, like one would care for a car your house for instance, but they expect them to conform for the greater good of the whole. They dont seem to concentration on the self, or the rights of the individual.
