Nevertheless, on what basis do you make the assertion that Jesus will be deploying new commandments at the rapture? When and where, and by whom was it foretold?

Notice that if you LOVE God as stated Deuteronomy 6:5 and Matthew 22:37, this ONE statement is basically a "blanket" of the First 4 Commandments of Exodus 20.

Now look at what Jesus said following the above verse.

That SINGLE statement, IF followed, covers the final 6 Commandments quite nicely!
