They have no foot or hand to push people around with. But they have strong, sharp teeth which they have sunk into everything. And they have a firm grip on everything. They are the ones who are really in control. This organization has been in existence for several generations. He says a hint to their existence is to trace the family histories of the banking powers and the money powers in the world. They're very secret and no one knows about them except the families involved. This cabal of leaders has been very slowly but surely building up a worldwide network of power because they want to take over but stay behind the scenes.
