These drones seem to have Amber lights as they're moving forward, and green lights as they are moving away, they can go straight up and down or sideways and seem to be mostly flying around the Colorado River at night. I can see some kind of runway lights & newly constructed launch pad on the Colorado National Monument cliffside in W. Colorado where they launch them from. Anybody have any info.?

OR maybe they are checking out the water levels on the Colorado to see how bad the water crisis is, and how much longer we will have water here in the southwest. Seven states in the west depend on the Colorado for water.
