Probably need Knee Surgery, Don't have the Jab- Help

So recently my twice operated upon knee for an ACL tear has fallen apart.

No injury, it just seems like all the repair work just came undone, a screw feels like its coming out, the general feel of the knee feels unstable.

It does not "hurt," but I feel it; it's uncomfortable. However, I can still walk normal with it.

I am thinking about getting it repaired, but I have zero trust in medical establishment, especially in my home state of Maine.

I worry if they even agree to treat me, that they may jab me when they put me under.

I am even considering moving to Florida or some other less Covidian-crazy state to get help.

Must this be my cross to bear for the rest of my life? I am only 37 and in otherwise good health. Perhaps its the knee thing getting me down, but I also feel like there isn't much time left, if not for me, but for my entire family and most everyone I know (all jabbed).

What would you do? Any advice?
