The hint they may have dropped was them saying 6 people were living in that house at the time. If I am reading it correctly, the 3 women were living with 3 other people, and the boyfriend to one of the women (also a victim) was staying with them, that he wasn't 1 of the 6.

They say police initially said there were 2 other people who were untouched, but that they had said there was an additional person normally living at that house who was away at the time.

So why was this person away? Was it coincidental? Does this person have a motive? Did this person hire someone to kill these people he/she knew and wanted to stay away from it in case an accident happened?

Are police actually hinting that they have a line of inquiry concerning this 6th person?
