He's still right about some of the things he said.
But the way human's work generally is, if you're right about 99% of things and wrong about 1%, they'll hold you accountable for the 1% and ignore the 99%.

They may beat the shit out of their kids, but concentrate on the other 99%" You didn't get my point. It's like someone that beats the shit out of their kids reveals that the Government wants to kill you. It doesn't mean they're a good person, but it also doesn't mean that the information that the Government is trying to kill you is wrong either. Information is information it doesn't matter who it comes from.
