Covid-19/mRNA vax spike proteins apparently in one forever unless...

... one activates autophagy and mitophagy through nutraceuticals and/or intermittent fasting or caloric restriction.

Several viruses, including Covid-19, Epstein-Barr, CMV, etc, caused autophagy are known to shut down autophagy.
The Covid-19 vaccine shuts this down as well. This is the process that removes viral debris from cells. Mitophagy relates to mitochondrial clean-up.

So, if vaxxed -- or exposed through regular close contact to someone who was vaxxed and has most likely shed on you -- you should do what you can to activate autophagy and mitophagy.
