They are going in the bin. Quoting: Buzza good, now look into the other useful supplements they want to protect you from. and again.. I was put on Klonopin for them.. and getting of that was a bitch... when I found out it was actually mag shortage.... I had used the same does of Klonopin every night for 3 years... klonopin is extremely hard to drop after so long a use.... I counseled quite a few people here on GLP on how to get off the shit. |

It has Quinine in it and it works. I drank a small can earlier, without Gin, and, for the 1st time in over 10 years, my legs feel normal. It is working for me... What a relief! How much do you need to drink and what brand did you use buy |

Small can 150ml but I think any tonic water will have Quinine in it. I'd buy a bottle and try different doses, you can then seal it. Schweppes is probably the most common one. Still have no RLS this morning but I expect it to return later. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 84798554 United Kingdom 12/04/2022 05:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have it bad, my daughter as well. I have tried everything, nothing really works. I didn't realize it was a thing till one night while watching a movie with my family. My feet were just waving back and fourth constantly, and my mother said "hey, where ya goin?" Everyone laughed. I was maybe 12 or 13. That's when I realized it wasn't normal. As I am writing this, my left leg is going. I don't think it bothers me as much as it does the people around me. I usually joke and say "I'm just burning calories", but it definitely isn't voluntary. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84540471 Well try tonic water or magnesium pills and hopefully be free from it. |

It causes one to feel like it is leg related. I've noticed complete relief after a bowel movement. That is probably why Magnesium Citrate helps as it has a laxative effect. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77056015 I have had extremely loose bowel movements for months (That's another story) and my bowels have been cleaned out a few times daily over this time. Doesn't work for me. Tonic Water does. Just before noon, The sensation in my legs started again after 15 hrs since the last can of ITW, Had a can and sensation is subsiding as I type. |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 84798554 United Kingdom 12/04/2022 07:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I usually end up holding my legs in the air as long as I can. One at a time usually, on my back or side. It at least relieves the angst they cause while my legs are in the air, and eventually the restless legs give up. Bicycle kicks work too if you can do them. Quoting: The Philosopher Stoned I used to get up and run in place. Helps some. Not trying to be nasty but orgasm helped a lot. Yeah it can lol. I remember when I first started getting it as a kid, probably from eating much sugar, I'd describe the feeling of restless legs as wishing I could take my legs off and let them go running. It is the strangest and most annoying feeling. Very hard to explain. |
