Not everything can be changed or fixed immediately and some sort of a "misleading" tag would be nice to have if it is unbiased and functional.

Pretty sure the “misleading” label function pre-dates Musk, pretty sure I’ve seen it before.

This has been working this way automatically since post-2020. Musk just took over and changes take time. Right now in his own words, he is "more concerned about bleeding cash" but has a "long list of items to work on."
