I realized a few years ago that people who could actually build things were in short supply. So you're right... If you have building skills in the physical, you end up with some negotiating power. Part of this tricky era, is about knuckling down and learning building skills. The chair time, or hands on time, can be boring, but if you can build cool stuff which you can show in the street, everyone benefits. Narcs have some value in the business world. They are good at PR, communication, and incredibly good at sales. They just need to get over their "I want to be CEO" syndrome, and be an effective person in the right place. But yeah, if they don't fix their attitude, everyone's going to yawn and turn away. The Future Belongs to The Builders.
