After Katrina when police went to assist they found that the 10 codes were all different. This made a communications nightmare. With the Real ID some DMVs just aren't set up to read documents and follow the guidelines of the requirements of the Real ID program. Their computers aren't upgraded into the Federal System and their personnel aren't trained. |
