Look at the damage Biden+the Admin did, in less than 2 years, we're at 1yr and 10 mos. They have 2 years and 2 mos left. At THIS rate there will be TOTAL, complete destruction. 2. The "election process" is now completely rigged, corrupted, fixed, controlled on EVERY level. So the 2024 "election" IS a foregone conclusion. The 2022 election was RIGGED too, hence the only tiny majority in the House, and no change in the Senate. Study the fall of Empires. In their waning days, political corruption is endemic, and crazy/insane leaders come to power to hasten the process. Looks familiar? |

If this flu is so dangerous and this vaccine is so safe then why is the state forcing you to get immunized? The government wants to kill you to keep you safe. Your goals become fewer when you live in a police state. When the US was a free country, you could say that you plan to go to Miami tomorrow, buy a car next week, go to college next month, and get a job next year. In a police state, your only goal is to stay alive. |

Look out in the neighboring counties for an affordable house. You don't have to live near a metropolis to eke out a living. These once-small towns all over America have become little clean, impressive bastions of opportunity. The hard part is deciding in which modern attractive small city to start. Look for populations around 15,000-50,000. There are literally thousands of towns like that. I wish I could experience raising a family in each one, on different farms / houses. Too bad you only live once. Find a property as-is. Do a little work yourself, it's good for you. It's not that hard. |

One has been on the market for over a year because the seller won't go down on the price, but refuses to fix major damage from an ice storm (no one was occupying it and the owners didn't storm-proof). There are a few home-owners but everyone is relatively decent, but rentals are going for $2000/mth. The 30-40 yr olds are getting screwed because they're priced out of home ownership. Most are families, but I get why 20-30 yr olds are saying No to Kids... can't afford them. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 46734135 Investment firms such as Blackrock are buying up vacant property over the asking price, and that's why the housing market is inflated right now. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84249429 The USA is a bankrupt warmongering police state, but no one cares because the elites are increasing the debt to dole out welfare and inflate the stock market. There is no way 9/11, 2008, and this virus will end well. Raising the debt is all fun and games until inflation hits 1 million percent, everyone is eating out of trash cans, and Americans are sent to the concentration camps. In an environment like this, the most reasonable response now for freedom-lovers is to drop out, go Galt, and go off the grid. Living in a police state means that your life duty is to escape and evade. Look for loopholes. Become a nameless and stateless nomad. Use agents to buy property. Ask friends to rent rooms for you. Barter. Boycott businesses that require your temperature, masks, vaccines, ID cards, fingerprints, or DNA. Don't pay taxes. Don't carry a mobile phone around. Don't get driver licenses, fishing licenses, or business licenses. Withdraw from the system. Buy guns, gold, and food. Stay near borders. When dealing with Gestapo, smile, pretend to be stupid, remain silent, and don't consent to searches. Pretend to be deaf or not understand English if pressed. Work off the books Use the black market. Use cash. Pass the word. When dealing with Gestapo, smile, pretend to be stupid, remain silent, and don't consent to searches. I own 4 now and make 50% roi annually in rent. I just bought one for 5k put another 5k into it and will flip it for about 30k and it's nice inside. They are higher efficiency and rent cost $370 a month. Utilities are lower than a regular home also. My community is calm and with minimal problems. There are of course crap parks too but I don't buy into those. Pick a nice park, buy a cheap house with good bones and space and renovate it cheap and that's the key to cheap living. |

Where is all that money coming from. Who is going to supply that enormous amount of required currency? They are clearing the land and building like they have been lit on fire and have a deadline of yesterday. Who is financing all of this outrageous amount of building currently going on. You would never know there is a hyperinflation here in regard to building of housing. What the hell is all this about. They are planning of some kind of enormous influx of people with money to buy all this real estate. Alive people not dead and/or dying people. Who is going to be moving in here? What culture, nationality is going to occupy all these huge amounts of subdivisions going up at the same time. The amount of gigantic electrical lines/poles/farms/and all other product to handle the surge of huge amounts of required electrical current....would just blow you mind out to see this... and along with all this comes many many new huge cell phone tower, mast towers and all that to support the huge amounts of devices coming to require 5G, 6G and up. |
Proud Trump Supporter User ID: 84883142 United States 12/06/2022 10:03 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is exactly why young people should be building tiny houses to live in and that they can take with them whenever there is a need to relocate. Buying one can be expensive but a number of people have built their on on the cheap using recycled materials. A garage can be converted to a tiny house to live in or be used as a rental too. The 12x18 with loft and cathedral ceiling cabin we built was around 30k. Still need to add kitchenette and bathroom so there is an outhouse with composting toilets. Sleeps 5. The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.
