Capital one removed its overdraft credit line

So around 2008 when the banking crisis had hit ING was bought out by capital one and became capital one 360, they would offer you an over draft line for your checking that would charge you based on how much you went over a competive rate, ive never had to use the feature but i was covered for the possiblity of like 5000 dollars, might as well been a safety net like a credit card…today they got rid of it without warning… granted it was not a credit card but this tells me something is stressing the bank and this can only mean a derivative blow up event is coming soon.
