Is not that unusual to have incompatibility even if it’s the same blood type. RBC clotting is a known phenomenon. Nothing to do with a vax.
But sorry for their loss. I’ve lost a baby and you don’t forget.

Just because an obnoxious parent asks something, the doctor doesn’t have to comply. They can do what they know to be best for the patient. No jury will find for the parents. It’s only a tiny fringe of nut jobs have all this vax paranoia. I have an idea, if the anti establishment parents don’t like the system, they can do the heart surgery at home. I’m sorry they lost a child but clotting had a ALWAYS happened with a certain fraction of transfusions. I don't have a JD, but almost ..... as a paralegal I have worked in the legal field all my life, so I have lots of experience and knowledge. The hospital does NOT have final say over a parent's dependant child. why else do we have health poa's? living wills? So that loved ones can make the decisions on behalf of the one who is unable to. Just because YOU consider the parents to be obnoxious does not make the child a ward of the state/hospital. There is no legal or scientific requirement or basis for them to separate out “vaxxed” blood. 90+% of people, even jurors, will laugh you out of the court room. First, they have to prove the blood given was vaxxed. Then they have to prove that is what caused the clot. What are your going to present as evidence of that? Some nujtjob on YouTube forming at the mouth about the vax? The parents made an unreasonable request with no basis in reality. Sadly, their child had an all too common clotting reaction. The end.
