They were all fully aware that Standard Medical Practice dictates that a Physician should NEVER ADMINISTER ANY experimental drug, except as a last resort in an incurable disease or stage 4 aggressive cancer situation, where the patient has a higher chance of dying if NO intervention action is taken.
