I don't think any sane person thought Russia did that.

I'm shocked at Russia's patience. I think when they are out of patience, the response will be everything they wanted to do before, but all at once.

Russians don't engage in BS talk the way the West does. BS talk is part of the culture in the West, which has evolved into jive talk as a result of embracing hood culture.
