If someone, ANYONE, came to me looking for an apartment to rent today? I would direct them to the farthest roach motel I could think of. (especially left-wing relations) So true. Tenants tend not to have a clue the sheer amount of work which goes into rentals or any house. After 40 years the initial investment goes down to zero and the house tends to need immense rebuilding, new heating, roof, paint, gutters, etc etc etc, gardens, etc etc. And then all the taxes etc, rent freezes, what a joke LOL. Stockmarket is a better option as many are finding out. well boo hoo for you. hey.....you know what what ? one comment stated "if you can't pay the rent, move" well, if your little business is not making "enough" profit, then get a better job. see, real wealth is made by not crying and pinning the blame on someone less unfortunate. times are changing and WHEN choas comes to your door . YOU WILL BEND TO THE NEW RULES OR DIE WATCHING YOUR WIFE BREED SOMEONE WITH AN ADULT SIZED PENIS. CANT WAIT TO DESTROY ANOTHER APARTMENT. HE HE HE I suspect you'd be much more appropriately housed if you could make arrangements for a cage with some litter and a water bottle with a sipper tube inserted from outside.
